Are there coop game modes in NBA Live 19?

So I just got NBa live 19 on my xbox, and I am pretty new to the game. I am wondering if there are any modes where me and a friend, sitting on the same couch with multiple controllers can play together whether that be 1v1 or team challenges like us three playing other people. I searched online and it said this WAS possible, but I don't know how to go there and play. Is there a list of co-op modes and how to play them? Thanks
