What is a good healing build for a templar in Elders Scrolls Online (xbox)?

It has been a while since I've played Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). I recently logged in to find that my skills and champion points have been reset. I'm looking for some recommendations for what other's do for builds. Specifically I like playing healing roles, but need some DPS as well.
